You’ll receive a detailed proposal with a comparative summary of options, including rates, images and layouts of function space, and vendor estimates.

Once you are satisfied with your options and narrowed down your choices, we’ll set up site inspections so you can insure what was presented truly fits your needs.

Contract Negotiation & Risk Management

Your hotel contract is one of the most significant factors in determining the financial success of your event. We use our industry connections and buying power to negotiate the best available rates and concessions.

Each meeting/event has unique nuisances requiring different risk management protection. We have worked in high level positions for hotels and cruise lines for many years and know how best to protect our clients from any unintended surprises. And our expertise comes at no cost to you.

Program Management

We understand the details necessary in delivering an exceptional meeting or incentive program. As your advocates we’ll continue to work with you to ensure each vendor delivers what was negotiated.
