Since then DRP has put together a team of varied talents that embodies our values and vision as a company - from seasoned ex-hotel and cruise executives to driven sales people and marketing specialists.

Our Team

Lina Flores

Co Founder & COO

Lina E. Flores, Founder of Voyages By Design and Co-founder of DRP Intl began her career in the hospitality industry over 25 years ago. She has held upper management positions from Sales & Marketing, Catering and CSM to Casino Gaming at major hotels and resorts. She also worked at Carnival and NCL in the Charter, Meetings & Incentive Sales Department and Operations.

Jose Flores

Senior VP International Sales

Jose G. Flores joined DRP Intl in June 2014 as VP of Business Development to develop DRP Intl Latin America. Jose brings over 30 years of executive consulting expertise, both domestically and globally in the areas of business development and continuity, corporate strategic outsourcing, organizational strategy development and design and process improvement.

Raul Sanz

VP International Sales Latam

Raul J. Sanz joined DRP Intl in May of 2014 as VP of International Sales MICE - Latin America and outside of the US and Canada. Raul brings to the team over 18 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning & Trade Marketing in the commercial area for major transnational companies, such as Procter & Gamble, Quaker and Pepsi Cola.

Jenny de Borja

Director of Business Development

Jenny de Borja joined Voyages By Design in January 2013 and continued her career with the founding of DRP Intl as the Director of Business Development and Event Planning. With more than 15 years of sales management and planning experience working with cruise lines, hotels and resorts, Jenny is adept at building relationships and helping clients plan successful corporate meetings, conferences, incentives on land and unique and cost-effective meetings & events at sea.

Jackie Leon

Operations & Programming

Jackie Leon is the newest member to our team, having joined us in early 2016 as Director of Operations and Programming. Prior to joining DRP Intl she was an operations manager in the insurance and financial industry. She was mainly responsible for day to day insurance operations with Morgan Stanley financial advisors & high net worth clients. As a freelance trip director for Voyages By Design she realized her passion for travel and planning events globally which drove her to return to Florida Atlantic University in order to get her Event Management Certification. She is fluent in English and Spanish and in her spare time is learning Portuguese. She is very excited with her new journey and looks forward to planning successful events and experience all the world has to offer in it's grandeur.

Carlos Arancibia

Senior Director, Business Development

Carlos is a Results-driven, sales and marketing executive with a proven track record of 20+ years of experience contributing to the advanced, growth, performance and profitability of diverse companies in the hospitality, cosmetics & fragrance industries. He is skilled at managing and streamlining global sales operations, driving continuous process improvements to minimize overhead costs while maximizing commercial productivity and efficiency. Carlos’ focus will be to capitalize on strategic planning while his sales and marketing expertise will drive business, expand territories and generate new revenue streams through the identification and pursuit of new business and sales opportunities. Leverage superior communication and negotiation skills to cultivate strategic alliances with clients, vendors and partner relations. Build and spearhead a top-performing team, providing the training and support needed to meet and exceed both client goals and their corporate bottom-line objectives. After an extensive career with InterContinental Hotels Carlos changed industries to the Luxury Beauty industry working for internationally known companies such as Estee Lauder/ Clinique followed by a 6 year tenure at one of the most well know, top Italian Fashion houses, Salvatore Ferragamo, managing their Perfume business in Latin America and Travel Retail.
